La música para guitarra potencia el bienestar - Alhambra Guitarras

Guitar music enhances well-being

A melody produces a specific effect on one's mood, as the emotional world reacts to this external stimulus. Music therapy views music as a very healthy therapeutic antidote to enhance relaxation, improve well-being, and increase self-esteem and vitality. Music therapy optimally utilizes the harmony of a sound, the rhythm of a song, and the message it conveys to communicate a pleasant emotion to the listener. Furthermore, through music, the body and mind are brought into harmony through physical and emotional relaxation, which is healthy for preventing work-related stress, connecting with the present moment and enhancing concentration, reinforcing positive thinking, and increasing self-awareness. Music also has distinct nuances depending on the instrument used to recreate a melody that can become the perfect soundtrack for a moment of inner peace. Playing the guitar is an art. The classical guitar, as a string instrument, has a very expressive sound intensity thanks to the variation in rhythm in a song. It can add a slow touch to a melody to generate a feeling of inner peace through the magic of the Spanish guitar. On the contrary, fast rhythms reinforce motor activity. Through the guitar, it is also possible to play musical chords that display sonic harmony. Major-key guitar music songs often convey joy. Music therapy can produce very positive benefits at different stages of life: promoting rest in babies, boosting the self-esteem of pregnant women, and stimulating the minds of the elderly.
