Music for guitar: tribute to BB King

BB King, whose real name was Ben Riley King, was born in Bena in 1925. He began his career in the music world working as a disc jockey at a radio station in Memphis, where he first presented his work and popularized his name. However, his first exposure to music came through the Saint John Gospel Church choir.

At the age of twelve, he acquired his first instrument, which is now a classical guitar in the music world. After his time in radio, in 1949 he was offered the opportunity to dedicate himself to what he truly loved: playing the guitar. He then recorded his first album (Miss Martha King), which was dedicated to his wife. Fame would come with his single "Three O'Clock Blues," an excellent guitar song that became a true best-seller. By the 1960s, he was already known worldwide as one of the best performers of popular music. This was due, among other things, to the album "Live at the Regal," which propelled his fame to the top. The hits continued to follow, and he even played the Spanish guitar with Raimundo Amador in Spain, in addition to collaborating with many other international artists. Winner of 13 Grammy Awards, he was inducted into the United States Hall of Fame in 1992 after receiving the Medal of Arts. The King of the Blues will be remembered as an exceptional musician and a source of inspiration for other greats such as Gary Moore and Eric Clapton.
