Alhambra Guitars is pleased to announce the rules of the XIIIth Alhambra International Guitar Competition which will be held in June 2016 in Valencia.

In this edition we present a novelty, the cooperation we have established with the Certamen Internacional Francisco Tárrega in Benicàssim and Concurso Internacional de Guitarra Clásica Gredos San Diego in Madrid and the result of this cooperation is a greater number of concerts for the winners.

On the other hand, the work that opts to the award of the new Spanish music composition by composer Emilio Calandín (1958) is: Tres Cuentos para Alhambra which can be listened to and downloaded on the competition’s website.
