2021 CHRISTMAS PRIZE DRAW RULES

The purpose of the prize draw is to deliver free of charge among all participants one:

Alhambra guitar model 1C HT

This is one of the leading companies in the market in the manufacture of string instruments, mainly guitars, using the traditional Spanish heel construction system. It has a wide catalogue of products that range from different models of guitars (classical, acoustic, cutaway, cross-over and flamenco guitar, models that are subdivided into different types) as well as bandurrias and lutes, accessories for the aforementioned string instruments (tuning pegs, strings, preamps, cases, pickguards, playing stands, anti-feedback tools, hooks and chamois cloths, etc.) that it markets under the ALHAMBRA brand.

The prize draw period begins on 1 December 2021 and will end on 13 December 2021, the day on which the winner will be announced.

This draw is international in scope and residents of any country in the world can participate free of charge and voluntarily.

The winner of the draw will receive the first prize of a new Alhambra 1C HT, along with the exclusive cover and the aforementioned D'Addario pack. This will be sent to the address indicated by the winner of the draw, regardless of their country of residence, and the costs will be paid by Alhambra Guitarras.

The winner will be announced on Alhambra's social media on 13 December 2021. Alhambra will contact the winner directly to agree on the most suitable method of delivery.

Neither Instagram nor Facebook sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor are they associated with it. Users completely disassociate themselves from Instagram and are aware that they are providing their information to ALHAMBRA and not to these social media sites. The information they provide will only be used to process the participant's entry into the draw and to notify them of their prize if they win.

Merely taking part in the draw implies the acceptance of these rules in their entirety, so their non-acceptance will cause the participant to be excluded and, as a consequence, ALHAMBRA will be released from the fulfilment of its contracted obligation with the participant.

The winner agrees to send us a photograph with the guitar for publication on our social media and to hand over the rights to use this image.

The Organiser reserves the right to: exclude any participation or any participant if their data is shown to have been manipulated; reject the participation in the draw of people who do not meet the requirements described in these rules and conditions of participation or contravene the rules or purpose of the draw; cancel this draw or suspend it or change any of its conditions if for technical reasons or any other reasons beyond its control, it cannot comply with the normal running of the draw according to the contents of these rules.
