From Austin to Spain: ACGYO's Adventure with Alhambra Guitars
The Austin Guitar Youth Orchestra (ACGYO), founded in 2013 by Joe Williams, has brought together talented young guitarists to hone their skills and share their passion for music. To celebrate its tenth anniversary, ACGYO went on an exciting tour of Spain.

Tenth Anniversary
To celebrate a decade of success, ACGYO planned a special tour to Spain, offering young musicians a unique opportunity to experience a new culture and share their art with an international audience.
Muro de Alcoy
The tour took the orchestra to Muro de Alcoy, a charming town known for its rich musical tradition and connection to guitar making. The young musicians were fascinated by the town's hospitality and charm.
Meeting with Alhambra
One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to the Alhambra Guitars workshops.
Alhambra Guitarras provided 13 guitars to the orchestra for their concerts in Spain, facilitating their performances and strengthening the bond between the young musicians and the brand.
The Spanish Tour
ACGYO delighted Spanish audiences with a series of concerts, from intimate performances in small villages to large performances in bustling cities, creating a special connection with the audience.
