The organising entity is a market leader in the manufacture of stringed instruments, predominantly guitars. Its instruments utilise the traditional Spanish heel system of construction. The manufacturer offers a broad array of products covering multiple types of guitars (classical, acoustic, cutaway, cross-over and flamenco – each of which is available in various classes and models), as well as bandurrias, lutes and all accessories for those stringed instruments (pegboxes, strings, pre-amplifiers, cases, tap plates, foot/leg supports, feedback reduction gear, strap locks and shammies, etc.), all commercialised under the brand ALHAMBRA.

PRIZE

One lottery winner will be drawn from among all participants and will receive the free delivery of a:

DEADLINES

Submissions will be accepted starting on the 12th of June, 2023, and ending at midnight on the 20th of June, 2023, such that the winner can be announced on the following day, which coincides with the 2023 World Day of Music.

This lottery is open to the international stage, such that residents of any country in the world are welcome to participate voluntarily and at no charge.
Follow the Alhambra Guitarras, D’Addario, and BAM profiles - either on Facebook or Instagram.
“Like” the post announcing the lottery, which will be published on the 12^th of June 2023.
Tag 2 friends on the post.
In order to gain an extra entry of participation: share the publication in your own stories and include tags for Alhambra Guitarras, D’Addario, and BAM.

Participation is open to natural persons as well as legal entities. Participating natural persons must be of legal age.

For participation via the form provided through the Facebook publicity campaign (Ireland & Sweden only):

CONDITIONS

The lottery winner will receive the prize of an Alhambra 11P concert guitar, an exclusive Alhambra ICONIC case by BAM, and a gift pack courtesy of D’Addario. These will be sent to the home address as submitted by the winner, regardless of his or her country of residence, and shipping charges will be covered by Alhambra Guitarras.

The winner will be announced on Alhambra’s social media pages on the 21^st of June, 2023. Alhambra will also contact the winner directly to determine a suitable means of shipping.

LEGISLATION

Neither Instagram nor Facebook sponsor, endorse o manage this promotion in any form, nor are they associated with it. The user disassociates him- or herself completely from the Instagram profile used and is aware that information provided is facilitated to ALHAMBRA, rather than to the social networks themselves. The submitted information will only be used to facilitate the participation in the lottery and, in the case of the winner, to complete shipping of the prize.
The winner agrees to send a photograph of him-/herself with the guitar to ALHAMBRA for publication on our social networks, and to transfer the Rights to Use the said image to ALHAMBRA.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude any entry or participant found to have submitted incorrect/inaccurate information, or who does not meet the requirements described in these terms of participation, or who infringes upon the rules or purpose of this lottery. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or suspend the current lottery, or change specific conditions, if for technical reasons or factors out of the organiser’s control, it becomes impossible to fulfill the planned execution of the lottery in compliance with the terms and conditions described in the above.
