CAFE QUIJANO (SPAIN)

Café Quijano: Over Two Decades of Success, Elegance, and Latin Passion

For over 20 years, they have been topping charts, earning awards, and receiving international recognition. Most importantly, Café Quijano have spent more than two decades bringing joy to audiences while showcasing Latin music across Latin America, the United States, and Spain. Manolo, Oscar, and Raúl Quijano rose to international fame at the dawn of the new millennium with "La Lola," making history in 2000 as the first Spanish group nominated for an American Grammy Award.

Global Acclaim and Chart-Topping Success with 'Manhattan'

Two decades after their initial breakthroughs, Café Quijano continue to enjoy widespread industry acclaim and an unwavering, loyal fanbase. This enduring success stems from their constantly evolving artistic talent, as demonstrated by their album Manhattan, which hit Number 1 in physical album sales just days after its release.

Hit singles like "La Jamaicana," "Ven a ver amanecer," "Manhattan," and "Ayer se fue" represent the latest successes from a band fully cemented as iconic classics of Spanish music.

Musical Legacy and Collaborations with Global Icons

Café Quijano began recording their first demos in 1996, earning early acclaim with their 1998 self-titled debut before achieving massive popularity with 1999's La extraordinaria paradoja del Sonido Quijano. The trio from León established themselves as premier ambassadors of Latin pop and rock. Their career stands as a testament to musical authenticity, spanning traditional boleros to contemporary pop.

Nine studio albums, a live recording, and dozens of awards define their solid career trajectory. Collaborations with legendary artists like Armando Manzanero, Santana, Céline Dion, Joaquín Sabina, Mijares, and new-generation bands like Taburete highlight the profound artistic admiration they command globally.
