All of our instruments come with a 3-year official warranty against any manufacturing defects.
If any issue arises, we will manage it quickly and hassle-free so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
For guitars, we currently only ship to Spain, France, Portugal, Sweden, and Ireland. Shipping costs are included in the price, unless you choose a delivery option with an additional fee, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
It depends on your destination. Order preparation usually takes between 1 and 2 business days, as our technicians perform a thorough inspection and setup before shipping.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are:
* 2 business days for mainland Spain and Portugal.
* 7–10 business days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
* 4–6 business days for France.
* 7–10 business days for Ireland or Sweden.

Yes, you have 15 calendar days from receiving your purchase to request a return. Once we inspect the instrument to confirm it is in good condition, the refund is processed quickly and transparently.
