All of our instruments come with a 3-year official warranty against any manufacturing defects.
If any issue arises, we will manage it quickly and hassle-free so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
For guitars, we currently only ship to Spain, France, Portugal, Sweden, and Ireland. Shipping costs are included in the price, unless you choose a delivery option with an additional fee, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
It depends on your destination. Order preparation usually takes between 1 and 2 business days, as our technicians perform a thorough inspection and setup before shipping.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are:
* 2 business days for mainland Spain and Portugal.
* 7–10 business days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
* 4–6 business days for France.
* 7–10 business days for Ireland or Sweden.

Yes, you have 15 calendar days from receiving your purchase to request a return. Once we inspect the instrument to confirm it is in good condition, the refund is processed quickly and transparently.

The Signature 10 Fp Piñana guitar has been developed in collaboration with flamenco guitarist Carlos Piñana, where technical specifications have been introduced that define an instrument with the qualities required by today's flamenco guitarists, achieving a very beautiful and high-quality flamenco guitar.
This model achieves a very flamenco sound but with a special warmth, suitable for interpreting contemporary flamenco music, but without losing the tradition of this art.
The 10 Fp Piñana model is built with deluxe gold tuners and a very comfortable neck with ebony reinforcement.
